Und um Hundeerziehung komplett zu machen, hat Melady noch einen besonderen Leckerbissen mit ihm vor: sie öffnet eine Dose Hundefutter und richtet sie schön appetitlich in einem Freßnapf an. Auf ihren Befehl muss Richie dann das Hundefutter aus dem Napf fressen. Er frisst anfangs nur widerwillig, doch Melady drückt ihm schon mit dem Kopf in den Napf.
